Official Rules of the Marketing Campaign (Promotion) "Discount on Package 2 'Sense Medium' for Access to Electronic Services with Visa Cards from Sense Bank"

These are the Official Rules of the Promotion under the working title "Discount on Package 2 'Sense Medium' for Access to Electronic Services with Visa Cards from Sense Bank" (hereinafter, the "Rules").

TERMS

The terms used in these Rules correspond to the terms defined in the relevant Rules and Terms, which constitute a Public Offer posted on the website at: https://benefitsplus.eu/uk/info/sense-visa-promo.

"Promotion" – the Promotion titled "Discount on Package 2 'Sense Medium' for Access to Electronic Services with Visa Cards from Sense Bank", for Customers of Sense Bank, conducted under the terms of these Rules (hereinafter, the Promotion).

"Reward" – a gift determined by the Organizer, which Promotion Participants may receive if they fulfill the Promotion conditions specified in Section 3 of these Rules. The Reward may be received by a Promotion Participant during the Promotion period.

"Promotion Participant" – a Customer of JSC "Sense Bank" (an individual) in whose name a Visa card has been issued. The Participant must be a user of the Sense SuperApp application, meet the requirements of these Rules, and duly fulfill all Participation Conditions specified in Section 3 of these Rules.

"Organizer" – the person who organizes the Promotion and performs other functions assigned to it by these Rules.

"Performer" – the person who provides the Reward to the Promotion Participant and performs other functions assigned to it by these Rules.

"Payment Card" (hereinafter the "Card", "Payment Card", or "Visa card") – an electronic payment instrument of the Visa international payment system, issued by JSC "Sense Bank" and activated by its holders before and/or during the Promotion Period.

"Package 2 'Sense Medium' for Access to Electronic Services" – a set of Services and Tariffs for each of them, information about the availability of which is posted by LLC "BENEFITS PLUS" in the Bank's application "Sense SuperApp", and the right to purchase 30-day access to which at a promotional price is granted to Customers of JSC "Sense Bank".

"Mobile application 'Sense SuperApp'" – software designed to run on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices supporting iOS and Android operating systems. The mobile application "Sense SuperApp" can be installed/downloaded to a mobile device from the "App Store" or "Google Play". The mobile application "Sense SuperApp" is continuously improved and must be periodically updated to the latest version.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. Organizer, Performer, and Partner of the Promotion:

1.1.1. The Organizer and Performer of the Promotion is Limited Liability Company "BENEFITS PLUS", established and registered under the laws of Ukraine under registration code 45935270, at 12 Saperne Pole St., office 1014, Pechersk District, Kyiv (hereinafter, the Organizer/Performer).

1.1.2. The Partner of the Promotion is "Visa International Service Association". Address: 900 Metro Center Boulevard, Foster City, USA, EDRPOU code CA 94404-2775 (hereinafter, the Partner).

1.2. Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is conducted in the territory where the Organizer provides the relevant services (hereinafter, the "Territory"). The Organizer has the right to change (expand or restrict) the Territory at any time at its own discretion by publishing amendments to these Rules. The Promotion is not conducted, and the Organizer may not designate as the Territory of the Promotion, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, territories where state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers, territories of settlements located on the demarcation line, as well as territorial communities located in areas of military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade).

1.3. The procedure for conducting the Promotion is established by these Rules, by the provisions specified in the advertising and additional materials of the Promotion, which are binding on all Participants, and by the relevant Rules and Terms posted on the website at: https://benefitsplus.eu/uk/info/sense-visa-promo.

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS

2.1. The following persons may participate in the Promotion:

  • persons with legal capacity;

  • citizens of Ukraine, or foreigners and stateless persons who are lawfully present in the territory of Ukraine;

  • persons who are of age on the date of announcement of the Promotion (i.e., who have reached 18 years of age);

  • holders of an activated card of the Visa international payment system issued by JSC "Sense Bank"; and

  • persons who, during the Promotion Period, placed the relevant service order through the Bank's mobile application "Sense SuperApp", as defined in clause 3.1 of these Rules, and successfully paid for it with a Visa card issued by JSC "Sense Bank".

2.2. All requirements specified in clause 2.1 of these Rules must be met. The Organizer is not obliged to verify the legal capacity of persons participating in the Promotion.

2.3. If all requirements specified in clause 2.1 of these Rules are met, the person is deemed a participant in the Promotion (hereinafter, the "Participant").

2.4. Each Participant who has placed the relevant order for the Service specified in clause 3.1 may receive the Promotion Reward.

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND RECEIVING THE REWARD

3.1. The Reward is a discount of UAH 200 (two hundred) off the cost of ordering the Service, namely the purchase of Package 2 "Sense Medium" for access to electronic Services for 30 days through the Bank's mobile application "Sense SuperApp", provided that payment is made with a Visa card from JSC "Sense Bank". The maximum number of orders is 1 (one) purchase of Package 2 "Sense Medium" per Participant during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Visa payment cards issued by JSC "Sense Bank" that belong to such Participant.

3.2. The Promotion Participant is not entitled to receive the cash equivalent of the Reward or to exchange it for other products/gifts/goods.

3.3. The Participant pays the cost of the Service minus the amount of the Discount. The Reward is provided by the Performer only upon payment for the first relevant order and cannot be transferred to another order. If the payment for the Service is refunded, the right to receive the Reward again does not arise, unless the Organizer determines otherwise.

3.4. The Organizer has the right to refuse to provide the Reward and/or to change the terms of the Promotion in accordance with legal requirements and agreements concluded with the Partner, or to include in the Reward other discounts not provided for by these Rules. The Organizer shall immediately notify Participants of any changes to the Promotion terms or the Reward, or of the inclusion of other rewards in the Promotion, by updating these Rules and publishing a news item about the update of the Rules on the website https://benefitsplus.eu/uk/info/sense-visa-promo.

3.5. The Promotion applies when payment for the Service is made with any card of the Visa international payment system issued by JSC "Sense Bank".

3.6. The Reward is provided by the Performer exclusively upon the first payment for Package 2 "Sense Medium" by a single Participant, regardless of the number of JSC "Sense Bank" Visa payment cards they have opened.

3.7. The number of Rewards is limited to 22,500 units.

3.8. The Performer is responsible for calculating and paying taxes and fees in the cases and in the manner provided by applicable legislation of Ukraine, and acts as a tax agent where there are relevant obligations defined by the Tax Code of Ukraine.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

4.1. Start of the Promotion: 2 November 2026, 00:00.

4.2. End of the Promotion: 10 February 2027 at 23:59 inclusive, or until the Rewards are exhausted, whichever of the above events occurs earlier.

5. PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Within the Promotion, the Organizer processes the Participant's data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

5.2. Full information on the terms of processing of the Participant's personal data, retention periods, and recipients of personal data can be found in our personal data processing notices at https://benefitsplus.eu/uk/info/privacy-statement.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS

6.1. The results of the Promotion are final and cannot be changed, appealed, or reviewed. The Participant may not transfer or assign their rights related to participation in the Promotion to third parties.

6.2. The procedure for determining the Participant and receiving the Reward is not a lottery, gambling, a gaming business service, a contest, or any other risk-based game, and does not pursue the aim of making a profit, and these Rules are not a public promise of a reward. The Organizer of the Promotion does not receive remuneration from Promotion Participants for their participation.

6.3. The Participant may not engage in any fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activity, any activity that is not transparent to the Organizer, or any activity that intentionally or unintentionally abuses or circumvents the Promotion Rules.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to refuse to provide the Reward to a Participant if the Participant provided incorrect information or otherwise violated the Promotion Rules. The Organizer of the Promotion is not liable if the Promotion Participant did not use the opportunity to receive the Reward, or for the Participant's inability to receive the Reward through no fault of the Organizer.

6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the list of Rewards, the Promotion Rules, or other conditions at its own discretion during the Promotion. Such changes take effect from the moment they are published and Participants are notified of the changes. If the Participant continues to participate in the Promotion after changes are made to the Rules, the Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes.

6.6. To clarify any of the clauses of these Rules, the Participant may contact the Organizer by sending a message to the email [email protected].

6.7. In the event of a situation allowing ambiguous interpretation of the Rules, any disputed issues, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation of Ukraine. The Organizer's decision is final and not subject to appeal. The results of the Promotion are final and not subject to review or appeal.

6.8. In the event of circumstances beyond the Organizer's control that affect the performance, security, reliability of determining results, and/or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel, annul, terminate, modify, or temporarily suspend the Promotion, or declare invalid any registration or other actions, etc., within the Promotion.

6.9. The liability of the Organizer of the Promotion does not exceed the value and quantity of the Reward for the relevant Participant specified in these Rules.

6.10. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically confirms full understanding of the Promotion terms, the fact of having read and agreed to the Promotion Rules and the relevant Rules and Terms posted on the website at: https://benefitsplus.eu/uk/info/sense-visa-promo.
